More affordable than most options in Australia. I suffered a bad rash from putting on the penis extender. So I'm worried about the materials in it.

Omg BB Outlet NEVERRRR disappoints!! I took advantage of the free nirvana deal by getting the bb air and textured bullet, and let’s just say I’m very glad I got the cleanser and lube in my order as well🤭 these vibrators are PERFECT for during your shower, keeping tucked in while doing chores, or a cozy night alone. The possibilities are ENDLESS and highly recommend for those looking for something simple yet powerful💕💕

Poor customer service
If there’s a zero, I prefer scoring them zero. Website is poor and was false advertisement.

Happy with the Rabbit
The prices drew me in, the shipping was fast and the tracking was always up-to-date. We were very happy with the product when it arrived! The flickering tongue rabbit feels well made and the functions are a good quality too

Overall good experience
Good toys, good packaging (discreet). Smaller than I thought, but they are powerful. Vibrator was louder than I thought it would be.

PayPal pay in 4 didn’t work
Package is so far 2 days later than it was supposed to be. Also, I checked out as PayPal pay in 4 and yet for some reason I still got changed the full amount immediately. Defeating the purpose.

A bit disappointed
The “discreet” bank statement was straight up the name of the company, so I had to wait 3 days before the ‘pending’ went away so I could edit the statement. Second, I have not gotten any shipping updates at all and it’s been a business week. Lastly, I got a deal at checkout and decided “sure!” but because of the checkout set up I was not able to see the order in total so I wasn’t aware of the final cost. I understand that is how many sales are made, however it felt cheap.

High quality products
High quality products, good shipment and packaging. As the 'outlet' segment the packaging is minimal but effective, and i.e. manuals are online rather than printed with the product, but they did not skimp on the products themselves. It's the right set of tradeoffs to get really good prices.
