BB Outlet Reviews

service for the delivery was not helpful and it’s been delayed ever since i ordered the item. Get a real shipping service.

Surprisingly fast delivery, even overseas.

Never received order despite receiving a notification that it was delivered, as well as purchasing extra delivery protection. Extremely disappointed and don’t know if I will spend my money here again.

Fast discreet shipping, good deals

Get it . You won’t be disappointed

Shipveho refused to give me tracking information this time for some reason, but the items were still delivered, and they work, so there's no complains.

Ended up getting more than expected. The free item is just great!

Received quality items in great time!

Super fast & discreet shipping, no extra frills or waste. Love!

Really helped me out when mine suddenly stopped working. They were very professional and friendly about it. It’s one of my fave toys!

Fast shipping, affordable prices, great products. You can’t ask for more

Totally new to actually exploring sexuality but all the categories and reviews helped figure stuff out for myself without actually having to talk to anyone about it. Having an amazing time rn 😜😜

quick, discreet shipping and arrival. great sales. free items for minimum purchase. nearly all my toys are from here and I highly recommend!

Took a few times to get used to them, but once you are they are amazing. As someone with mainly simple silicone experience it was quite overwhelming, and honestly still is but now in a good way haha. Everything I have tried so far is quite loud so keep that in mind. Shipped discreetly and great overall experience.

Shipping is super fast and the website is very well organized based on the things I'm looking for. The videos of how to turn the products on helps a lot as well.

I bought a product as part of a giveaway back in December, and a day later I received an email saying my order was on the way. I waited until January since it was being shipped from a different country to contact the customer service helpline. I was told I’d hear back from their Customer Care Specilaists within 24 hours and it’s been 5 months…. I don’t know why this is happening or where my order is as no other reviews seems to be having the same problem. I was advised to not resubmit an appeal for my order as I’d be pushed to the back of the queue. At this point it’s turned into a game of how long I can wait for a package to arrive :(

I love this website so much, it makes it much easier and cheaper to get toys like this. The shipping is also so quick, without having to pay for express shipping. The toys are of amazing quality. I bought my roommate one for her birthday and texted me after using it for the first time, saying, "I can confirm this thing is life changing".

BB Outlet is very quick about their shipping process. Even their basic shipping only took a day! Order arrived two days ahead of time, and I was grateful for the discreet packaging! There's not even a little witty hint on the box. Though I don't hate when those are there, I really prefer BB's no-show approach more. Also, customer service is amazing! The toys are very cute too, I love their simple colors and smooth feel.

The toys are amazing but I would like the shipping to be more discreet because I live with my mom and she also uses that app “shop” and it showed a picture of the toys I ordered on the Shop app so I was scared my mom saw it ugh I know lol I would just prefer her to not see that and have my privacy.

Bought a product and it wasn’t what was advertised ! They didn’t even try and make it right , weird for a company that I spent a lot of money with !
