Avoid this site! Never got what I piad for and can't get in touch with angyone.

Not a good shopping experience.
30 days + shipping experience.
Horrible customer service.
Not to mention that the products are beyond sub par to their competitors.

Ordered makeup 7/19/2019. Lot of emails to them and no product and no refund. They need to be sued

Absolute scam. I paid $50 for foundation over a YEAR ago and I have yet to receive my product. I have emailed incessantly, once I got a response saying there were delays but for months now, nothing. I have no refund nor product. Do NOT order from these people!!!

Never got my order! I order on June 30, 2019 and, almost year later, still nothing.

Actually zero stars is my choice. Placed an order July of 2019 - never received. But of course they got their money!!

I give them less than 1 star. I placed an order and it was taking longer than what I was told. I contacted customer service and they told me that it was in route. After continuing to track my order a few days after speaking with customer service, my order could no longer be found. When I contacted customer service, they were not able to help me because the order couldn't be found. I NEVER received my purchase or money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Sounds like I'm not the only one. Thought I'd add this to the pile. Ordered in July 2019. Nothing came through. Only automatic replies from the company when I message them. I did order about 6 months prior. Same product. And I got it. It works great. That's why I had no troubles ordering a second time. An absolute fail though.

I have had a terrible similar experience with Lux Skin. I have gone back through their Instagram account names and I can see that this company used to be bodyboutique before, and stopped using the name when all these issues arose!! It is luxskinco on Instagram and Lux Skin on Facebook.

The only reason they got a star is because had to select one to leave a message. i see im not alone. I ordered in June 2019 and never received my product. I have sent countless emails and they have yet to rectify the issue. Please do NOT order from this site it is a total scam!!

Horrible horrible. Like w wry one else I ordered back in July of 2019 and all I get is the same automated email saying shipping takes 10-30 dayS. Total bull. Lost 30$ to these scammers

This company deserves a -1. Like everyone I placed a order in July2019. All I’ve received is one email saying my products will be sent soon. What a joke! There has to be something we can do about this company and the scam that it is.

So I'm not the only one, I'm so upset that with all the tech in the world we are still being scammed. I ordered in November 2019 and still no product. Their damn email keeps repeating itself. I would like my money back but it seems I won't be having it by seeing these reviews. SMH!
