We used BBcastle Hire for our daughter’s 7th birthday and would definitely recommend them. The staff were amazing from the start, I had a few questions before booking, and they were really helpful and responsive. The booking process itself was straightforward and hassle-free.
On the day, delivery was actually early, which was a great bonus, and collection was right on time. The team were friendly, courteous, and very professional throughout.
The bouncy castle itself was Kpop Demon Hunters and was fantastic and a huge hit with the kids, it really made the party extra special. We’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with this bouncy castle hire company from start to finish. The delivery was right on time, and the setup was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The team made sure everything was safe and secure before leaving, which gave us great peace of mind.
Collection was just as smooth — they arrived promptly and packed everything away efficiently without any disruption. The whole process was incredibly easy and well-organised.

Polite staff, children was super happy!
Lots of different bouncy castles.
Always had a text the day before with a hour slot of when the bouncy castle will arrive & always been with in the time frame. Would highly recommend.

Sons birthday party
I had booked well in advance for my sons 3rd birthday party, the drop off was supposed to be at 11:00 on the Saturday, it got to 11:30 and I hadn’t heard anything no message to say they were running late or if they had forgotten. Had I received a phone call or message then it would have been more satisfactory than nothing at all
The party finished earlier than expected and I informed them immediately only to get “well you booked till 15:30 so we can’t come and get it” which was disappointing considering they were late dropping off!
However… finish on a positive and all that.. The castle itself was brilliant and the kids really loved it so thank you for that.
Would I use again? Yes I would
Would I recommend? Yes I would

Thank you for your review today, I agree we didn't deliver until 11:30 and you did book for 11AM, we was told the party didn't start until 12 and we always ask for up to any hour before and after your party times. to allow for traffic and over run bookings. You should have received a call and for this I apologies. your booking timings were venue 11- 4:30 - party 12 -15:30 we ask every customer for these timings to allow for some flexibility
We then did receive a call to say your party finished early. it was myself that took the call. I didn't say "Well you booked until 15:30 we can't come now" What I did say was No Problem but because your booking is 15:30 we have other collections to make we will get to you asap and we arrived before 15:30. we delivered & collected before your party timings as requested. Please appreciate we had other indoor/venue bookings to collect before your party finish time, we only ever take on work we know we can deliver and collect on time, sometimes collecting early isn't as easy as you think.
Im really pleased to hear everyone had a great time and everyone enjoyed the bouncy castle.

Party time combo hire
Hired a bouncy castle (party time combo) for my daughter’s party which was at a venue. I arrived to the venue to see the bouncy castle was already set up which was amazing and instantly made my little girl so excited! Collection was professional and friendly! Would definitely use again!

Do not use ordered one for my granddaughter said it wouldn't fitt then refused to give her her money back suggest if you do order DO NOT PAY ALL OF THE HIRE JUST THE DEPOSIT wouldn't even partially refund any cash will not recommend this firm to anyone ripping a young single mum off
You still could have refunded her money without the deposit she's saved up for this is ruined the 6 year old birthday
As per your reply we had one delivered the next day by a decent company who delivered 1 larger than yours and the pla e you couldn't put yours there's fitted amazing the place must have grown ill put the name and photos of the bouncy castle up when my granddaughter sends them me

Hi Tim, We tried to make delivery to your Granddaughter at 8AM, She then wanted us to set up the bouncy castle on a small front lawn with the step of the bouncy castle on a road, We refused this as it is DANGEROUS, We then waited while she woke up her neighbour's to use there garden, Unfortunately the castle wouldn't fit as the garden was only 8-9feet wide (Castle ordered is 12feet wide) We then spent over 30 minutes trying other options, We had to leave to make other deliveries, I said to her if she could find a family member or friends garden big enough we would come back and Re-Deliver (At no extra fuel Charge)
We have been in business for around 13 years with 100s of 5 start reviews, Our customer service is probably the best you will find, We as a business did everything we could to make delivery, We also don't hide from the fact if we deliver any inflatable and it doesn't fit we do not re-fund, had your Granddaughter put safety first she wouldn't have booked a bouncy castle with he entrance on a road, in our terms and conditions online, And the terms and conditions your Granddaughter signed online to say she read and understood states to double check all sizes and spaces required before booking as NO refunds given if any inflatable on hire doesn't fit.
We did not rip her off, we delivered, We tried other options, we spent over 30 minutes trying, We offered to deliver to a different address, there was nothing more we could do. If you would like to give me a call without the bad language this time, Im more than happy to talk to you again.
