I pre-ordered an album and had a really positive experience. The website clearly explains that delivery can take around 3–5 weeks after the release date because the albums are shipped from South Korea to the store first before being sent out, which I appreciated them being upfront about. My order arrived within the expected timeframe, everything was in great condition, and it was all packaged really well. The pre-order benefits came protected in a sleeve and toploader, and there were some lovely freebies included like stickers, sweets, and a note. Overall, everything felt very thoughtfully packed, and I’d happily order from them again.

Preordered Stray Kids Do It, was kept up to date with orders! The packaging was cute and pulled my Bias, overall happy with everything I got! Definitely ordering from them again.

Absolutely amazing!! Everything arrived perfectly and with a super sweet hand written note, would absolutely recommend ^_^

Bbangya is such a caring business. I preordered my album and it came today wrapped up very safely in bubble wrap and cute tissue paper, it also came with so many freebies such as, stickers, sweets, a handwritten card and TWO PHOTOCARDS!!! From now on im buying all my albums from them this was such a touching experience.

Ordered Stray kids Do It - limited edition version on pre-order from Bbangya and its just arrived in time for xmas for my daughter. Was so beautifully packaged in didnt really want to open it but had to be sure correct stuff. Loved the additional wee freebies as well which is a cool wee added extra :) No issues at all and would recommend or buy again from.

Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from again! I ordered 5 albums as an early Christmas present for myself, and they were all safely protected with bubble wrap and then also wrapped with tissue paper so they all looked like actual presents! I also got a handwritten note which was such a thoughtful touch. I just really hope the team knows that as customers we really appreciate all the hard work that goes into packing our orders safely, and I personally want to say thank you all so so much!!

the order came in seven business days and i’m so happy with it!! they gave me several free stickers and two sweets and a lovely card with a thoughtful message handwritten. my xlov album came in several different packagings to ensure it doesn’t get dirty or broken in any way and it worked!! i’m extremely happy with my purchase!

I got 1 illit album for my friends birthday though she hasn’t got it yet I opened the general package and it’s beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and is not at all damaged, as well as that the ordering to arriving was 6 days which is very good time for a K-pop album, as well as that it came with complimentary items which is very generous as well as a heartwarming handwritten note, can’t get any better! Good ordering, arriving and service. No complaints thank you. ☺️

Thank you BBANGYA for selling Pink, then grey by Min Jiwoon! I haven't been able to find this anywhere other than Korean sites, and it was sold for a great price. It was shipped and arrived quickly and it came in great condition. I also loved the mini letter and freebies.

It's too easy to spend your money, both in store and online but the staff are amazing and the prices are competitive. They even replaced the photo set I was missing from a Stray Kids album. 🙂

If you pre-order you won't have the album on release date but this is very clear on their website! It's really not a bother as you can still relax knowing you'll have it. Plus, I kind of like the random dispatched emails as half the time I forget what ive even ordered and who doesn't love surprises 🤣

I bought an ILLIT album and I am extremely happy with what I got,I received a hand written note from the staff, free stickers and some sweets (they were my favourite lol) the staff are so nice and the delivery came within a week.The prices were cheap and there was a large variety of options
