If I could I would give a zero star…
If I could I would give a zero star review. Customer service is nonexistent. I never received any of the products in my order yet money was taken from my account by bazobazo.com. I’ve tried to reach a contact several times to find out what the status of my order is and when I should expect my items however no response to my emails. DO NOT purchase from them! SCAM!

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE - I bought a hoodie, no one contacted me to approve the design on the hoodie which it says they would within 2-4 business days. I received email correspondence from them regarding the delay in shipping (which doesn’t tell you how long shipping takes). It has now been 6 weeks and they no longer reply and I have no hoodie. It’s just theft. They are refusing to refund me saying it is in transit.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Not only did it take 1 month to receive the hoodie, the embroidery was absolutely rubbish. After requesting a refund, they stopped replying to my emails and have had to raise a dispute claim via my bank to get my money bank. Absolutely disgraceful company, DO NOT USE

Don’t use them
I ordered 2 hoodies and was informed that there was a delay due to number of orders so I wouldn’t be asked to approve the design before it was sent. The package has been in transit for 19 days and now they won’t reply to my chaser emails. Do not waste your time or money.
