AWFUL

AWFUL.

Disappointing and terrible customer service!!
It’s no wonder that Bayrue has 2 stars overall. Their customer service is terrible. They make no exceptions even for exchanges. Their quality is not as advertised. The material is tough and not soft. Even when we purchased a bigger size it was still very small. We wanted to return and they said that the return policy is 2 weeks. That is not clearly marked on the invoice at checkout. Well it took just 2 weeks to receive the items and being that it was during the holidays, the receiver of the sweaters as gifts did not get to see them until after 2 weeks that we received the items. They didn’t fit. The tags are intact and unworn but they still insist they cannot return. That’s probably because they know their products are not wearable and will not sell anyway.
I will never buy nor do I recommend purchasing from this company and I will report them to Better Business Burrau for not having a reliable business policy.

Shameful quality

Shameful quality, thin almost see through fabric with threads hanging off. 14 day return is near impossible and won't budge. Women's top I ordered in XL didn't fit my niece who is a size 2. Avoid this website!!

DO NOT BUY HERE - Dishonest sizing and non-existent support:

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered a size Large sweater. What I received was a sweater labeled XXL that fits closer to a Small or Medium at best. The size charts are misleading, and the item clearly does not match standard U.S. sizing in any reasonable way. I even sent photos showing the discrepancy.

Instead of taking responsibility, BayRue repeatedly insisted the item was “correct” because of international sizing, despite the fact that the fit is nowhere near a Large. They acknowledged the labeling is confusing, yet still refused to cover return shipping.

To make matters worse, they hid behind policy and offered “solutions” that all benefit them:
– Pay out of pocket to return their mistake
– Accept a partial refund and keep an unwearable item
– Take store credit (after I already said I won’t shop there again)

This went back and forth multiple times with no accountability, no flexibility, and no real attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

I will not be purchasing from BayRue again, and I do not recommend this company to anyone. If sizing matters to you and you expect basic customer support when something goes wrong, look elsewhere.

Terrible quality and sizing and would give no grace on return for Christmas gift. They would not even exchange or credit. Poor fit, material and look is off. Terrible. Do not buy. 3 of my 4 pieces were awful!

Do not order from this company. I ordered two sweaters for my husband on Dec. 12 and it is now January 2 of the new year and they still are not here yet. I will never purchase again from Bayrue.

Never buy clothing from this website!!

Never buy clothing from this website!!! I bought two 1/4 zip sweaters costing $135.00 (sale price,LOL). I tried on one and the zipper broke as soon as I zipped it up. The sizes are completely inaccurate and the quality is extremely poor. The return policy is a joke and good luck trying to get a refund. I'm out $135.00 and will throw these in the trash. This company is a complete scam!!!!

Truly awful company

Truly awful company. Ordered a 3XL and it was not even close compared to other garments. Then hid behind T&C's which hinder any chance of a full refund or replaement. They even expect the buyer to pay for return shipping despite the sizing being incorrect. Customer service is non-existent and I would advise everyone to avoid this awful company.

Well maybe I was one of the lucky ones

Well maybe I was one of the lucky ones. I ordered a pair of jeans from an advertisement I saw on Facebook. It did take a long time to arrive as it came from overseas and not from the United States like I had thought. The size was fairly off and too tight. So contacting the company they offer to send me a new pair and allowed me to keep my current pair that no cost. The second pair of came in about 2 weeks. Communication was good via email and I really saw no issues. The jeans are very comfortable and light such as I wanted for summer but as others have noticed there are no tags in the jeans. So don't expect Calvin Klein type of tags everywhere. But the jeans and fabric is exactly what I wanted for warm conditions loose and airy and airy

I made a school boy error by not…

I made a school boy error by not reading the reviews related to this charlatan outfit.
The trousers which arrived today are truly appalling in every sense- the fabric is 100% poor quality polyester and the tailoring would have been 100% better if it had been done by a trained chimp- I cannot face the hassle of returning them to somewhere in China so straight to the charity shop although I suspect that they might politely decline to take them!
This Company are no better than scammers and were it possible I’d give them negative 5*

Please don’t make the same mistake that I did
