I was in huge discomfort when walking for many months due to a verruca on the bottom of my heel. Rob from Bay Podiatry tried to treat simply but it did not improve. Rob then suggested SWIFT treatment which involves a “microwave’ type current applied to the verruca, designed to kick start your own bodies immunity. Worked after first treatment! Verucca now gone and I’m absolutely delighted. Totally recommend Bay Podiatry and their professionalism.

This was my first visit to ‘Bay Podiatry’ and I was very impressed. The premises were very clean, all the equipment was very new and the prices very reasonable. Tamsin who took great care of my feet was fantastic, very professional with great Customer service. I’ve already booked up for the next 2 months. Highly recommended!

Without hesitation, The staff at Bay Podiatry, Whitley Bay were willing to ask me back to investigate and re-treat an issue with a corn which was still giving me pain after treatment by them. Top marks, thank you. This evening, after the second treatment it already feels much easier and I'm sure for the near future, that will be that. I would be more than happy to return in future for a fresh visit if any similar issues develop.

Jo was so friendly and knowledgeable. She listened as I read out my “list of issues”. We then discussed and planned what we need to do to help correct and hopefully eradicate the problems.

Bekki was her usual cheery and helpful self. She treated 2 issues I had with my toes, in addition to trimming my nails. She alsogave advice on treating my toes.
