Lovely made to measure furniture
Loved my larder cupboard, made to measure and colour wanted. Looks amazing in my kitchen! I was kept informed as to my orders progress and the company was always contactable either by phone or email 🥰

Beautiful Rustic Larder Cupboard
Beautiful piece of furniture just as described. Really nice rustic/vintage feel and a solid unit which looks and feels well made. They were happy to customise it to our needs and were lovely on the phone when we called to discuss our order. Always happy to buy from UK sellers and at a fair price.

Poor communication and undelivered item
Ordered a wardrobe 8 weeks ago and had to chase the order to find out whether it would be delivered within the 6-8 week stated timeframe. The reply on email was curt and unapologetic. Reply said w/c 16th September for delivery but still no wardrobe after chasing them for a second time and no update.

Never received my order after waiting for Months
I wanted to order a cupboard from Bayliss Vintage as they were said to be made in the UK.
But in the end, I have been waiting 4 months, when it said 5-6 weeks and I never received my unit. Top of that I have had to chase them through the whole process. They never by themselves gotten in touch with me to update me on all the delays. They have dragged me on for months telling me the unit would be dispatched the following week, or the week after next, then it was damaged in transport, then they were on holiday, then radio silence, then they have moved facilities, then they are not sure what warehouse it is at when I offer to collect, etc. They offered me a full refund (when I never asked for that. I wanted my unit. Very much) as a gesture for the wait and still promised to deliver it, it would be dispatched the following week.
Weeks later and we are still waiting. 😳
So, again, I offered to organise to pick up the unit rather than them delivering it, (I work in furniture, I have seen many factories and many warehouses and there shouldn’t be a problem to pick up the furniture.) then they said I was too much so they cancelled the order. I don’t think they have the unit. I just wished they had been honest and I had known months ago so I could find another solution. Now I am back to square one and all my boxes will still be on the floor for a while. Baffled.
