Could not load my own advertisement. Had to rely on someone at BAEN who worked up a Draft that have issues in need of correction that I still can't do myself and have had no success getting a response from the rep, Joan Francisco. My most recent attempt in getting Joan's attention was on the 18th of December and I followed up with a phone call to the number list in her email Signature ((925) 495-1009).
FYI - its dates of experience not just one date of experience as this has been ongoing since I first reached out November 25th.
I could not post a real estate listing to save my life...but paid 2x and kept getting messages that they pride themselves in customer service from robots or people that said they wanted to help and then disappeared. I am a long time supporter of BAEN (20+ years)and very disappointed.
pictures come out fuzzy, and my video link hasn't been posted in over 24 hours
I miss the old format. The new one is way to hard to navigate, the photos in sale ads for horses are almost unreadable.
I use to use this as a source all the time - please go back to old format. Sometimes an edgy upgrade is not an upgrade at all.....sadly don't use them anymore.
Wonderful articles and resources for the horse community.

I find them time consuming so not happy with that

Only reason I’m still subscribed is for your classifieds although they too are getting problematic with all he ads laced within them while online.
ads commercials are so invasive, with the change of ownership - even with a paid subscription and a paid horse advertizement. i'm sorry
Allowing me to share my beautiful ranch property that is for sale now to be posted on your webpage is the best
Difficult to fill out ads when I only have an iPhone.
When I was having trouble-posting my ad the staff was very helpful.
You tried to make the platform like social media, and it ruined its essential function. Equestrian’s need easy to search database to find education, horses, trailers, events, and property. I’ve been a big fan for decades. Maybe it’s just me but it’s not as easy to find stuff and it just feels like jumbled social media BS
Your website is easy to work with and yall are always helpful

I’m sorry, but this site has taken a turn for the worse. It’s polluted with adds. Which makes the site feel tacky. This used to be the premier place to list your horse for sale. Or to find a horse. Horses listed now are lower in quantity and price. It’s really changed. And I’ve loved and used this site for 20 years. But in the last 5-6 years it has taken a serious turn.
