Bad bad experience
I paid upfront for a 12-issue Toupie annual subscription. Multiple magazines arrived after their seasonal relevance (Halloween issue in December, Christmas activities after Christmas, January issue about the King’s Cake received late).
This crucial delay is not disclosed at all on the Bayard Canada website. For a children’s magazine based on seasonal content, this makes the product largely unusable.
Customer service only repeated scripted excuses about overseas shipping and refused to take responsibility.
