Operator Issue
Our engineer tried to arrange for a Baxi engineer to visit only to be cut off by their operator. He finally managed to get through. The whole thing took him about an hour.
Baxi engineer visited on time and fixed the problem .

Our boiler had a small leak and it tripped the main house electric circuit. The boiler electrics were water damaged. Baxi were quick to respond and their engineer Paul was polite and from the start had a very positive attitude. It took a while & a few replacement parts but the engineer kept at it until everything was fixed properly. Engineer also went extra mile by doing the annual service at same time. The boiler has since been working better than ever…

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. Phone rang for 2hrs before speaking to a human being. Only after emailing them did they phone me back. No hot water or heating for 5 days. Engineer was good however.

Good engineer did a good job only one very small complaint when after service all settings seem to reset to factory settings he did not mention it I was switched on but maybe there are some people who would not notice it and they could be using to much power

What started as a small problem quickly…
What started as a small problem quickly escalated into something bigger with needing to call British Gas out and no Heating for 2.5 days Baxi. On initial visit stayed with me until British Gas arrived and explained all the next steps as the boiler was now being turn off so I would have no heat or hot water and ensured I had alternative Heating methods given to me by British Gas. Although my Bolier had had it yearly maintenance check 4 months prior it problem was with mains. Baxi was very helpful and reassuring by explaining what was happening and going to be happening in the current situation. Which I appreciated especially When I realised the boiler was being turned OFF no heating and the weather had now gone colder. Thank you Baxi.

Boiler failure under warranty
Boiler failure under warranty, spoke to Baxi 11.10am and engineer rang same day at 1pm, I had said we were a vulnerable household, two elderly ladies 97 years and 83 years not in good health, Boiler replaced with new PCB by 3pm.
