Five months now, multiple emails, multiple calls and still no refund. In fact I have had 4 emails from 4 different people telling to fill out a form, that I have filled out 6 to 7 times already. and still no sign of a refund.

Bought a pack of Viscotears 2.0mg/g Eye Gel preservative free eye drops from my local pharmacy. (Expiry 10.22 and it's 01.21 now)
They are totally useless. You squeeze the capsule after removing the twist off tops, and nothing comes out. I tried 3 in succession on a pack of 30. A total waste of £10.
