We searched the local market for a suitable blind supplier and reviewed 4 companies.
Two of the companies were national well know brands.
Out of the four we selected Berhaus Blinds because of their very focussed customer service and care. Being a local family business the owners are personable and knowledgeable regarding their trade.
They helped us choose the right product ,which they manufacture themselves,installed on time and followed up with incredible care.
We would definately recommend Berghaus Blinds to anyone looking for new blinds or shutters.

I cannot rate this family business highly enough. From my first visit to the showroom – Karmen’s visit to the house with samples and Aarons fitting services, this company have shown outstanding customer service. Karmen gave us plenty of options, price points and sound advice to suit our windows. We had four large electric blinds for kitchen/dining area and shutters for two bedrooms. Amy kept us updated with the progress along the way. We had one small issue with an electric blind, but the team acted swiftly and Aaron fixed the problem immediately. It was so nice to work with a local company who really cared about their products.

Bauhaus were recommended by a friend, we called up for a quote, Karmen came within less than a week and was extremely helpful and professional. The blind was fitted today, only 2 weeks later and Wow, we love it. Great company, great service!

Wow wow so pleased with my new shutter blinds .
Karman came round to discuss the best options and gave so much detail advice . After placing the order they kept me informed .
Sam came and fitted the shutters and I am so pleased with them . I knew the shutters would be good quality but they honestly are.
Sam showed me the different ways to have the shutters and was so professional and cleaned up after .
I have even just had Karmen come round to measure and advise for the bedroom windows upstairs can’t wait for them to be installed … .

What a fabulous team of people ! They were all very kind and helpful and communication was excellent. We had shutters and blinds fitted throughout the house yesterday and we are thrilled to bits with them. They look beautiful and look really good quality. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. Aaron left us some temporary blinds while we were waiting for ours. He also left some spare slats in case we damaged any. Very thoughtful. We also received a boxed gift at the end. I can’t speak highly enough of all of them and would recommend to anyone.
Don’t know why this review is titled “Disappointed” as it’s very much the opposite !!!!!

The team at Bauhaus Blinds made the whole experience very easy and stress free. We bought some box blinds for the bedroom windows and motorised roller blinds for downstairs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with their advice and the fitting was straightforward and without mess. Your customer service is UNBELIEVABLE from start to finish. In this day and age it was AMAZING and
refreshing to actually get a live person at the other end of the phone and not a recording.
I was told I'd get a call from the service department regarding my repair. To my surprise I received that
call within 20 mins.& an appointment was scheduled.
Jake was our technician. He is very experienced and he has personality plus. It was obvious he enjoys his job. I told the "3" different people I was in contact with how impressed I was with their service.
I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone!

Great customer service and advice on different types of blinds and colours from Karmen! I had shutters and motorised blinds - competitive pricing and great fitting by Sam!

The care taken to advise on appropriate choices of materials, the quality of the installed blinds and the promptness at each stage from ordering to installation could not be bettered.

Great communication, very helpful and informative when making our decision on which blind to have.
Aaron arrived promptly to fit the blind and did a superb job, consulting me when tweeks needed to be made due our lopsided window frames. Also gave me help and advise on blinds I has fitted years ago.

We used Bauhaus Blinds and Shutters for perfect fit blinds, roller blinds and shutters in several rooms throughout our house. From quotation to installation the service was 5* and the quality is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for blinds and shutters!

From start to finish the service was impeccable. Such lovely people to deal with. I was recommended by people on FB and now I realise why!
I had Venetian blinds in both downstairs rooms and they are absolutely stunning, they make such a difference to the look of the house. They even help spread the light towards the back of the room as it is always quite dark as there is no window, I didn’t know this and was told on the fitting.Not a spec of dust was left.
Honestly I can’t rate Bauhaus highly enough. Apart from the great service, quality of blinds and really reasonably price, it’s about the family run business. It’s been a while since I’ve dealt with such great people.
