Long delivery from Germany to Sweden (3 weeks from order to reception). From the start, defective 2TB USB flash drive which was supposed to transfer easily multimedia from iPhones to the flash drive. None successful transfer at the end of several attempts, the brand new item was defective. Despite contacting the after sales team several times for several weeks now, and answering all their requests for describing the issue and sharing proofs of malfunction, they were not supportive, understanding and did not respect the 30 days money back guarantee or compensate in a fair and honest business way. If you consider buying this item and purchase from this seller, you should think twice. Scammers in the worst case, dishonest marchants in the best case. Be careful
