I had the best support from the support agent lovely! I was struggling real bad with my menu thinking I had everything off but lovely made me dig deeper and oh boy lovely got it rolling it may of took 2 hours but that's what good support is because they never left my side all the way through it even after 4 pc restarts came right back to the support chat and kept going until it was solved very much appreciated lovely!!!! would 100% recommend lovely as an support agent!!!

Earlier tonight, I had an inquiry about the black ops 6 Maxim cheat I bought. I had issues with it and reached out to support. MEI happened to be my support agent; he is very good. The amazing staff worked and weren't hesitant to help me with my problem. We've figured some stuff out and are waiting for further updates, but throughout this whole support experience, Mel has been here with me throughout the whole ride, and he's done an amazing job doing so
