I was trying to get a battery for my UPS and couldn’t get the batteries out so I called Batteryspec. Ron was very helpful! He walked me through getting the batteries out and let me know how best to install the replacements. I felt very comfortable with his recommendation and ordered the batteries over the phone. When they arrived I was able to install them easily and reconnect the UPS. I appreciate the time and help that Batterspec provided and the batteries are working great!

Was sent a battery that did not fit my product despite the website description. Filled out an RMA form on their website and did not hear back. Called to ask for an update and they claim they didn't receive an RMA form and asked me to email it. I tried filling out the form on their website again to print it but had no print option, no option to save it. Filled it out and screenshot it, then emailed it to the support email address. Called back the next day and they still claimed they hadn't received it. At this point I'm giving the whole thing up as a bad job. I will never order from them again and I highly suggest anyone reading this review avoid them like the plague if you expect anything resembling customer support.

Website appears legit, but my credit card number was stolen in the 24 hrs after using it on their website. I don’t believe their credit card payment option is secure, so use the PayPal option if you order from them.

I ordered HYS1222 battery. Fast shipping and great customer service. They were only one selling this kind of battery. Very happy. Saved me a lot of money. THANK YOU.

Got my batteries right away. I really appreciated there website that had all of the relevant dimensions and battery specs, as well as pictures. Also appreciated there rapid attention to my order that I needed rignt away. I'll be back and will recommend them to otheres.

I have been a BatterySpec customer for nearly 10yrs. I've used them numerous time for replacement batteries for both personal and professional gear.

Thier website is easy to navigate and helps you find what you need fast. Tech specs are also available, so you can be sure it fits before you order. Shipping is reasonable and fast.

I am fortunate to live within an hour of their business. During my last visit, they took the time to test the charging circuit of the UPS I was buying replacement batteries for. They are knowlegeable, friendly and have always been helpful. Their batteries are great, and have always performed well. I have never had an issue or premature failure with any of their products. Highly recommended!

Bought battery, arrived promptly, used it for 3 months, put it on the smart charger for the winter. Went to use it in spring, battery would not hold a charge. Warranty and shipping make returning it for another a poor choice. Look for someone who sells reputable products instead.

My tennis ball machine died, but I wanted to sell it. They sold me all the right parts, but I systematically checked the battery types, sizes and even then the jumper wires since the old batts had wires glued in series. I now know what a reducer is - connects f2 to f1. Even with low prices they still spent plenty of time with me even tho my purchase was under $100.

Saved me time and money. I'll buy my ezip bike batteries from them next.

I needed 2 batteries for my sons iZip Chopper. I didn't have access to it as he lives 120 mi away, and I only get to visit him about once or twice a month.

I used the term "izip chopper" on the batteryspec.com website and it returned ONE battery and one charger available. They are the self proclaimed expert, so I felt confident in ordering what the website recommended.

They didn't fit. They wouldn't even fit in the battery holder. I wrote back explaining and suggesting that I should get a full refund and would then order the right batteries.

After an email from them with the RMA and correct battery link, as
well as a statement stating they did not refund shipping charges and a copy of the website text stating they "recommend" you check before ordering, I submitted the RMA and then ordered the correct batteries.

I think because I had the audacity to suggest that his return policies were unfair; now there is no response to my inquiries (2 since) and my RMA has been ignored.

So, I'm stuck with a pair of batteries (and shipping charges) that I cannot use. Additionally, my son has to wait another 3 WEEKS before I can drive up and visit him.

I get enough of this type of behavior from my whiny, hormonal teenage daughter. At least she'll grow out of it. Never again...
