Battery arrived in two days. Unfortunately it was not good. Called them on a Sunday and a new one was shipped out immediately and again arrived in two days. Battery works fine, very happy with their customer service.

I purchased a motorcycle battery online from Battery Sharks. I'm hesitant about purchasing online, you never know what you are going to get. The battery arrived very quickly but was damaged. I contacted Battery Sharks and attached pics. They sent me a replacement almost as quick as the original. No return was required or requested. I commend Battery Sharks on their excellent customer service. I also don't blame them in the least for some material handler who could care less about doing quality work.

Put the new batteries in my Jazzy power chair. Did it myself. Sure needed then. Won't buy from anyone else.
