The process of buying and refund work well on the BatteryEmpire. The problem is both shipping companies, DHL and GLS, won't delivery the items at home as agree, they delivery on a pickup point and refer shipping is done.
I mad an order from Portugal. On their website they wrote that delivery next day. But after the order no information about delivery date. I wrote an email. No answer. And only in a few days UPS wrote me an email with the delivery date. Which was in 14 days from the order date. If I knew about such a long delivery I would not buy it
I ordered an incorrect inverter, support perfectly resolved all of the issues and I returned all back without any problems. Thank you for your job!
I bought a battery for a lenovo t410, they sent a battery for a lenovo t60, they reaffirmed that that battery worked on a T410, they didn't know what they were selling, then they wanted me to waste time and money returning the battery. I gave up, I got the battery but I don't buy anything from this company anymore.

I ordered a battery from Green Cell for a bluetooth speaker as a replacement. After two charge cycles, the battery failed, unfortunately. I reached out to Green Cell about the issue, and they quickly replied and proposed sending me a replacement free of charge. The replacement arrived really soon after, and is working as intended. Excellent customer support. Even tough the battery failed, I feel safe as a consumer to purchase batteries from Green Cell in the future as well.
15 days after ordering still have not received the item!! Never again!

When I bought the battery, it said delivery on April 13th, it was only delivered on April 18th, after a complaint, since it didn't leave the warehouse for 3 days.
