This battery was advertised for a 2004 Harley Softail Duce. We did receive the battery quickly but it did not fit our bike. We ended up getting a battery from Harley that fit perfectly. There wasn't any return instructions so we are just out the $$$ for a battery we can't use.

Very poor service
I ordered a battery for my Royal Enfield motorcycle the dimensions and polarity were correct on the information on the Web site for this motorcycle but when I received the battery it was the wrong polarity and to big to fit the holder, I rang the London office and spoke to a lady called Sharon she said she would arrange a DPD return slip and when they get the battery I will get a refund the total cost I had paid was £46.48 they refunded me £19.67 they said the charges were for restocking and for some reason two delivery charges (I had already paid one) I have emailed them three time now In London and the Netherlands and they haven't had the decency to reply I'm £26.81 out of pocket and no battery please Avoid this company.
