Weeks to Ship; Didn't Fit; Refund? Ha! UGH!

Battery took several weeks to arrive. It had no accompanying paperwork of any kind. It did not fit my device. Trying to return it for a refund has been a nightmare...partially due to their wanting paperwork that I've never seen...and will probably result in my losing $75. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered a cell phone battery because…

I ordered a cell phone battery because I needed it by a certain date & it showed it could be delivered by then. Two days later it showed the ordered was unfilled & I needed it within the next two days. I contacted them only to be told it wouldn't be delivered for 2 weeks. I told them they falsely advertised and I want my ordered cancelled and $ back. They claimed they opened a claim ticket but cancelled it because they were unable to get ahold of me. I stated when I asked for a stop and refund that I was leaving the country. They closed the ticket claiming it was settled. Don't buy from them

Refund policies

I ordered a battery at 6:10 PM and cancelled the order 10 minutes later the same day, they told me the next day in the morning that it was too late they could not stop the shipment. They claim it was not their error and I would be responsible for returning the battery at cost my expense when I checked the return policy it says they will only refund if it is their error which they claim it isn’t, they also will not refund the original shipping fee and will charge a restocking fee. If I pay the shipping fee to return it I am basically $100 and they have my battery so I will try and sell it on marketplace or somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible. They just keep dancing around the issue. I will never order from this company again.

Lying worthless dropshipper

I specifically asked them if they have a concrete battery in stock before I ordered. The answer was: "Upon checking, yes". So I ordered, waited a month and they cancelled the order. Lying worthless dropshipper. Don't waste your time.

False advertising

Website advertise shipping in 1-2 days on orders over 129$ orders. I bought over 200$ and after a week without any updates, the support told me that it wasn't 1-2days, it was 4-7 business days. After 7 business days without any updates, the support recognized it was late, but it didn't provide any useful updates, basically replying with the same standard answer that my order will be shipped in the next following days.
Last time I tried, they literally copied and pasted the answer, every time I asked for information, and when I insisted, I was replied: "Are you still willing to wait for the battery again as of now we don't have the tracking as we don't have yet the product."
Which showed they were lying to me when they said my product was shipped to the distribution center.

By now this is sound a scam. If I could, I could give 0 stars.

Surprised by the lack of support!

I buy UPS batteries on a regular basis for my enterprise and I ordered 2 Batteries from BatteryClerk. Got it and installed it mid January 2023. The 2 Batteries died 13 months later. Got zero support from the company giving the 12 months warranty as a reason. I would have appreciated comprehensive resolution…. It’s the first time that new batteries died so rapidly….. Not a good product, not a good support AT ALL.

I left a comment to their inexistant consumer support. « I’mV very dissatisfied. It’s so wrong that such a practice of refusing any help 1 day past the warranty ends, that is illegal in many States and even here in Quebec… (Consumer Protection Act). Your policy forgets the concept of durability and post-warranty support, which are essential considerations for consumers. It’s often seen as a measure of quality and customer satisfaction. If a product fails prematurely or shortly after the warranty period, consumers like myself rightly expect some form of support or recourse from the manufacturer. Support like repair services or replacement options. It’s a vital aspect of building trust between consumers and sellers, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a positive overall experience with the product. But you clearly don’t understand that concept. »

Unresponsive drop shipper claiming to have in stock items but falsifying location.

I placed the order on 12/18 after reading on the site that most orders ship quickly. 2 days later after hearing nothing, I contacted the seller. Another 3 days later I received a response to my support ticket stating the item was backordered (this is not disclosed prior to purchase so one assumes items are in stock when it now seems this merchant is merely a drop shipper/middleman) and then closed my support ticket as if all was well. I have been without a phone this whole time and it is not safe for me. I should have simply paid more to receive the item from a reliable seller. I need a refund in order to replace my order. Very very upset with Battery Clerk's zero urgency response times and generic messages. Just 2 days ago, I got another generic message asking me to confirm receipt of my item!!!!! Does the merchant not bother to notice they have not shipped me anything yet??? Filed claim with Amazon Pay A-Z Guarantee.
Also of note: Location states Delray Beach, FL
Actual location: CANADA
I ordered from them because they act like their items are in stock and I am in Florida, so I thought this would speed up delivery. Hahahaha I was fooled. Beware.
