The battery I ordered was delivered promptly and was a good price.
However, after only 9 months it failed completely, refusing to hold a charge overnight!
Battery2u have refused to contact me regarding this issue and refused to post a review of the battery in question.
Watch out for the warranty they offer as you will only get a replacement battery once you have sent it to them - at your cost, and given them the required time to investigate the issue which will leave you without a battery for a considerable time, leaving you no choice but to buy another battery in the meantime!
Avoid this company!

Excellent service,battery arrived next work day well packed but damaged in transit,contacted the company by phone talked to (Liam) who arranged a replacement for the next working day,you can't beat that.

Had trouble matching my car info to right sized battery so called them. Got a quick confirmation of battery type so I could enter order online, and received a perfect replacement battery next day in Portsmouth. Fitted in 5 minutes and at just over half the price of visiting my local supplier, I'm very happy.

Ordered my battery, payment taken. 2 days later, I get a refund, no explanation. I live in Orkney - sure that'll be the reason, though most shops have no problem shipping here. I emailed back to confirm what had happened, and to confirm that the battery won't be arriving, no reply. Phoned the local garage (what I should have done in the first place) - battery arrived the next day. 10 days later, I get an email asking for a review of my experience with Battery2U. Guess what I'm going to put on the back of that...

Absolutely excellent, I wrote a review immediately but think I may have got the name wrong (pluralled it).
I chose a battery, changed my mind as to power rating and rang them, the phone went to answerphone twice, but persevere, a LOVELY kind man answered and in seconds agreed with my new choice but suggested a slightly cheaper one that was every bit as good so I followed his advice. I had walked 3 miles at 6.30am that morning when my car wouldn't start, to have the new battery arrive the next day was BRILLIANT, beautifully packed, WHAT SERVICE, what good advice, THANK YOU !!!!!

Ordered a new battery for my Mazda 6 on Monday morning, good price and more amh than original. Arrived before 11;00 the next day to my home in Kent, Well pleased.

Ordered a battery but later ( the same day ) found it cheap elsewhere so went back for there price match guarantee only to get told they couldn’t match the price and cancelled the order
