200 euro purchase - got no product and no refund!

We ordered a Victron distributor for 200 euro. It was shipped but then returned to the sender because they didn't have the entry code for the building. They didn't contact us to get the code or deposit it at a pickup spot. We weren't even notified about any of this. And, importantly, we have not been refunded!! It has been 2 months and we have contacted their customer support and got no reply. We made another contact attempt today, through their online contact form, which is the only way to contact them, no working phone number or anything. Writing in English, French, and German to be on the safe side. Not feeling optimistic about getting either the product or the money back though... very scammy feeling I have to say.
