AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!
This business is a scam. Like another reviewer, I ordered products via their website but never received, I have phoned multiple times and told me they would get them sent the next day.. guess what, never arrived. Months later I'm asking for my money back, and now no response at all to multiple emails.

This is clearly a common practice for them.

I sent them a final warning, which they ignored, and now I must take legal action against them.

I will go to the ends of earth to ensure that the business suffers because of this.

Bathroom Trend, Kitchen Trend, are all owned by NGD Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my order as they still couldn’t give me a delivery date 3 weeks after placing my order. It’s now been 30 days since I cancelled and still no refund. Every time i call I get an excuse why the refund hasn’t gone through and get told it will take 24 hours to go through, they still have my £1100. I’m now in touch with my bank and they are going to resolve this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
