Despite being squarely in UK mainland 'Zone 1' on their delivery chart, my order was cancelled as I am 'too far away'! They could offer no delivery service at all. When I suggested that I may arrange to have the item collected it came apparent that the item was not actually in stock and had to be ordered in. A refund was issued.

Ordered a WC unit 7 days ago. Noone even bothers to reply or contact me. I called myself and they said there was a mistake and they promised to send it latest in 2 days time. Still not here. There's no ways to log in into the website to check the order status. It takes a very long time to get anyone on the phone, because their telephone number is being used by few different websites and companies, so by the time they figure out where you placed your order you are ready to scream!

This company has to be the worst online sales company I have ever dealt with. I places my order on 14th Sep 2019 for a Jade rimless toilet, a wc corner unit and basin and a wc corner mirror cabinet... and a tap. The delivery came on 17th, the toilet had the cistern missing and the mirror cabinet was visibly smashed through the flimsy cardboard packaging, no bubble wrap and foam, just a mirror cabinet inside a Bathroom traders cardboard box. I asked the courier why is the cabinet smashed and he said that's how I accepted it. Why on earth as a courier would you accept visibly damaged goods. So I go on a hunt to chase someone for a replacement, on the bottom of the confirmation emails was an email address Paul at bathroomtraders.co.uk which nobody responded, so I go online and go around the houses trying to find the right number, which I end up finding and I called it which someone answered just "hello"! Excuse me but if I've rang a company at least address yourself and which company you are representing. So I finally get a bathroom cabinet sent out and a cistern, the cistern comes and its smashed, so I get back on the phone and the chase continues, they said they'd send on out to be delivered on 26th September but it never came I ended up chasing them every day all that week. One was delivered on 30th. This cistern when installed didn't sit flush with the pan, the lid for the cistern didn't fit the cistern and the flush button didn't fit the cistern lid but it gets better, there was a massive U cut out in the back wall of the cistern it was literally just below the height of the overflow pipe, the plumber installed as I wasn't available for him to talk me through this and I was desperate to get a downstairs toilet fitted so my elderly dad has somewhere to go toilet as he cant climb stairs a week goes by and nobody used the toilet. It felt cursed as silly as that sounds. So I sourced a new toilet from Victoria Plumbing and had the BT jade toilet taken out, when the plumber came back round he showed me that the water was actually spilling out that U cut down the back of the toilet and under the new laminate flooring I just had fitted in there. The skirting boards are ruined and the flooring had to be replaced. At a cost to me. Which Bathroom traders ignored to address. I finally managed to return the toilet and basin and get my money back and I asked 4 different people at bathroom traders what the heck that U cut out is for and 3 ignored the question and 1 said most plumbers would just cut the overflow pipe down, think he was forgetting that at the 6l height the water is flowing over the bottom of the U.

I'm happy I'm done with that company and would never recommend any of my friends or family or anyone reading this to shop there.

Lots of choice and well priced. Found exactly what I was looking for. Checkout was easy. Delivery was quick and communications about delivery were accurate. Not installed yet so don't know how good the actual product is yet

My order was messed up and not delivered on the day it was promised, causing me a 3 day delay in work and also meant I had to pay for my contractors time, with no work being carried out, due to the error.

However the customer service was very good and they did offer some compensation for my financial losses.

Had the error not occurred, they would have got a much better review.

Took over a WEEK for them to receive my item so if you want the item in a hurry best to check with them first to see if they actually have the physics stock at their warehouse.
Placed the order on Thursday and received it 11 days later! Not great!
