Fantastic customer service
Accidentally ordered an incorrect trim along with the correct trims, customer services called me to query if I made a mistake and cancelled the incorrect item straight away and gave me a refund. Amazing customer services, very rare to see these days, highly recommended!!

Great company, great product
Easy to order. Kept informed of delivery via tracking which was great Delivery was between 9 - 5 and it arrived early morning which was really helpful. Product arrived extremely well packaged. Delivery driver was friendly and polite and was very careful offloading the package. The bathroom cabinet is well made, a beautiful colour - just as it is in the online picture. Sink is really great quality. Love the product, would certainly recommend.

Good service, shame about the product
The service was spot on feom Nathroom Superstore, however, the product really dissapointed. Firstly the 2 screw holes that conwct the surround to the enclosure, the bottom half of 1 side was 2mm out, this was very frustrating. The plastic runners that go onto the glass were bent which caused the plastic to distort. Not too impressed. Delivery, sercvie etc, all good, Product not so much.

Not given 20 minutes to check our order for damage
The deliver driver was rude. He dumped the goods on the pallet on the pavement and drove off. We didn't get 20 minutes as stated to check the items for any damage.
