Ordered a radiator online 01/09 for delivery 07/09, a week away. Night before received confirmation of delivery slot for the next day so I went ahead and booked a fitter for the following day. On the morning of 7/9 I received email advising delivery wouldn't be carried out. I phoned and was advised item was out of stock at the warehouse despite previously having a delivery time slot. Lady refunded delivery cost and promised that item was in stock at different warehouse and would be marked as priority and delivered the next day. The following morning I phoned approx 10am to check item was enroute. So annoyed to be told item was out of stock with eta of 18th Sept! What terrible communication, a day wasted and lost call out charge for fitter. I've cancelled order and bought from elsewhere. Terrible customer service made worse by poor communication and false promises. I shall avoid in future.

Just ordered a piece of furniture with them and it arrived promptly on the chosen day, which was just the following day.
I had a few issues with payment on their website, but received prompt help from Haider who sorted it all out for me and even gave me a discount for my troubles.
The cupboard also looks really nice and comes assembled, ready to be hung, so I'm very pleased.

Just bought 7 radiators and fittings etc but in error put wrong post code on the delivery . I rang customer services and talked to Cheryl she was absolutely magnificent in sorting out my dilemma

Was skeptic because of the concerns around delivery however, I needn’t of worried. Delivery was within the specified window period. Really happy with items good price items ordered were of a good quality looking much more expensive than they were! Would recommend!

All I can say is wow what a great company and customer service. Delivery was quick and if there are any problems they are sorted straight away. I would not hesitate to order from them again! Good quality bathroom range….very happy. A special mention to Waliya who sorted my query out.

The information about the product on the website was very good on the whole, the furniture we bought is excellent quality and came fully assembled, and all for a really good price. Delivery was quick and communication was clear. I'd definitely use this company again.

The tap was delayed several days after promised . Contacted customer services with the email provided with no response.

Lovely WC, but missing manual!
Fast delivery and well-packaged. The WC is really nice and looks great installed. The only downside was the total lack of installation instructions—we had to track them down online, which shouldn't be necessary. Great product otherwise!

We did bought 3D shower panels and corner joints at the same order, payed £30 for delivery which quite expensive, so the issue was first with shower panels which is completely different colour from the photos they advertising much darker and it's not what we thought we buying second of all the corner joints all was scratched and one broken so of course we want refund it same with shower panels exchange in other colour or refund . My husband connect customer services and they refused to do refund or exchange for free don't forget corner joints was damaged!!! So to refund all items they charged us another £30 which is ridiculous so we actually lost £60 in total. I never leaving bad reviews but this time is different before sending stock to customers make sure the stocks leaving warehouse is not damaged and photos you adding on website is more matches what customers get in real life. I work my self in the retail and i know how companies need good reviews but customers service in here is ridiculous.

The men in the store were exceedingly patronising, making it clear that being in charge of flooring was not a women’s job. The delivery I received was absolutely soaking wet and I was messed around with days and timings for the delivery, with it unexpectedly arriving at 7pm on a Friday night when I had no one to help carry it inside for me. The only good thing was the price.
