Haider and minahil sorted delivery…

Haider and minahil sorted delivery queries and return for products not needed perfectly. There was an issue with postage but customer service was excellent, answered promptly and resolved issue without delay. Many thanks

I spent around 6k on bathroom…

I spent around 6k on bathroom furniture, delivery was okay although half the order didnt arrive and id to reorder the second half of it again.
The shower enclosure cost nearly £700 when being put up the bathroom fitter explained the glass was too heavy for the fittings on the enclosure and the hinges werent good enough to hold it, making the door fall out of line.
I contacted bathroom mountain about this and they have refused to exchange or refund it, after spending so much money with them, their reason for not refunding is because I had to open the shower enclosure to find out it was faulty.
This to me is an absolute disgrace and awful customer service.
I am waiting on a response to my email but I would avoid using bathroom mountain as if youve any issues with the items they just refuse to help or refund.
