After posting a review re 18 July about…
After posting a review re 18 July about a failed delivery, the company responded here stating they were glad to have resolved my complaint. This is not true, They did not resolve the issue. They promised a second delivery due to arrive 3 days after the first delivery was promised. This too failed and unable to take the risk of my project being further delayed, further cost and further inconvenience on top of that caused by the first delivery failing, I sourced my item elsewhere. I got it cheaper, with cheaper delivery charges and it arrived the next day, as promised. I am now waiting to see if the refund they promised, actually is received. I am skeptical and expect that is a fight I am yet to have. Never will I look at this company for products again. Don't trust them to keep their promises and don't trust what they post here.
