Amazing service from Haider! Super helpful and went above and beyond!

Put an order in for shower enclosure, shower tap fittings, PVC shower wall panels with the trims. Delivery was quick and I done a visual check, all seemed ok. When unpacking I noticed that one of the shower wall packaging had a slight dink; like a forklift had jabbed it. Checked the area and indeed had split the shower wall. I contacted Bathroom Mountain and Muneeza at customer/delivery service acted quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement in the next couple of days which I'm very please with.

I had ordered two items in error and needed to return them. Returns are typically stressful and not with Bathroom Mountain which was as a result of the great customer care provided by Haider Jamal. He was very patient and assisted with sorting out my purchase of the right items with no additional delivery charge.

Had a unit with a slight bit of damage, they got a new one out to me the next day. Great service from Harmain.

I purchased an illuminated mirror around 9 months ago which was great product and was delivered next day, the led lights stopped working so I got in touch with bathroom mountain and it’s been replaced under warranty with no issues, the salesman Haider was very helpful and got this sorted very efficiently for me!

My customer support advisor Minahil was most helpful. We ordered the wrong item by mistake and they went out of their way to help with the return.

I bought a shower. Unfortunately the shower temperature block was not compatible with my pipe system without numerous adapters. I returned the unit and received a refund without any quibbles. Customer services and shop floor assistants excellent.
One issue the shower unit I returned was not a dedicated shower but made up from 5 different elements which then required the numerous adapters, hence the return.

When I received the order unfortunately on unpacking I found one of the items were broken. I phoned customer service and they answered very quickly. I explained the situation and after completing an online form the replacement item was delivered the following working day, which I think is excellent customer service. I am a DIYer and haven't yet finished the installation so can not comment on how well everything works. However the all the items seem to be very good quality and are provided with clear instructions.

Very poor after care, poor quality vanity units. Please don't make the mistake I did.

Delivery, a total joke, sent pic of somebody elses parcel, saying delivered and signed for by someone unknown.......waste of (chosen) day staying in, as signature required. Delivered the following day, without any correspondence, and didn't ask for a signature!! Worse than Evri.
