Be careful.. They employ some dodgy people .. things have gone missing from my house.. it’s pot luck who comes out on the day. Some are lovely and trustworthy but as for the rest!! When I complained to the manager, she instantly took offence and ended the contract with me. Awful, unprofessional behaviour!!! Stay well clear of this company.

Whether it was leaving bedside items on top of cupboards, moving things to other places in the kitchen and not returning them to where they were left, leaving spots uncleaned or bags of laundry just left, there were a series of problems with service, the worst one? The manager, who has an attitude higher then the skies. After speaking to other cleaning companies I heard how she has a bad attitude and ultimately doesn't care about your custom. If her cleaners do something wrong and you complain, she won't fix the problem, she'll just stop cleaning! Highly unpleasant and different to deal with. I cannot recommend this company for service, price or management. I do not recommend in any way what so ever, do your best to avoid.

This cleaning company did an amazing job on my friends house. We could not believe how it had been transformed. The cleaners were respectful of belongings, tidied them away neatly and even returned out of hours to ensure the job was completed to a high standard! I would highly recommend this company.

The cleaners were lovely ladies. Very polite and did a satisfactory job. Unfortunately when I cancelled my cleans due to coronavirus I couldn’t get my keys back from this company. After 20 plus phone calls over the course of around 5 months, I had to get the locks changed.

Polite customer service and quick responses. Due to being a student house, I was unable to check the finished results in person, however, the images all looked immaculate and the estate agents checked and stated it was in good condition; the company was also recommended by the agency. The only reason for 4 stars is for the mix up on the invoice, which I had to pick up on, however, it was an innocent mistake, so nothing to hold against the company. Their cleaning was great and overall customer service great!

An excellent company who offer a first class cleaning service. I have experience of using this company for both commercial and house hold cleaning and have been satisfied with both.
This company have been supporting NHS staff through this difficult Corona Virus period with FOC cleans.
There is no cleaning job too big or small which Bath Domestic Cleaning Ltd will not be able to help you with!

Bath Domestic Services , quoted to clean a large empty fully carpeted Garden Apartment which my Parents are moving into . The quote was very reasonable . The two cleaners turned up on time and were lovely , they made a fantastic job with the cleaning , they were polite , professional and worked extremely hard . The gentleman who was going to clean the Carpets arrived as the girls were finishing . I was able to leave this gentleman to get on with the Carpets and give him the Key and he locked up for me when he had finished . when I went to pay I picked the key back up . I went to check on Apartment on the way home . The Carpets are fantastic , like new , the whole Apartments smells beautiful , clean and fresh . The Oven is sparkling Thank you so much five star cleaning .

thank you for taking my booking on the cleaning and conditioning for my carpets and curtains, i asked for a 10am slot so i could let the chap in and take the kids out, spot on with the timing of the slot and wow the job was just brilliant ,please thank (rob) no way did i think the red wine stain would come out .... many thanks 100% will be using the company again
