What a pleasure it was to have such great service from Bath & Tile. When I was unable to get the tiles that I wanted, I called and left a message, as I needed the tiles quickly to coincide with a tiler coming to fit them. I got a call back straight away and I was offered advice and solutions. Stacie was so friendly and helpful in suggesting alternatives. The tiles arrived the following day, and I'm delighted with them. I think they are better than the ones I had originally chosen.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bath & Tile. Their personal service is everything you hope to find in retail, and they clearly value and respect their customers.

I originally purchased some items including taps from Bath & Tile and from initial inquiry to purchasing and then arranging replacement part after a fault developed found Stacie so helpful and a credit to the company so thank you

I myself used Bath & Tile 3 years ago and I gave them a excellent review at the time. Regrettably I now find myself now having to write this review. I recommended this company to a member of my family and the service they received has been disgraceful. The bathroom was started at beginning of November and it is still not finished. Bath & Tile have washed their hands off any issues and have passed all responsibility onto the fitter. Who has thankfully admitted that the bathroom was not fitted to the standard it should have been and they have now offered to rectifying all the issues. I emailed Bath & Tile to raise my concerns about the bathroom and to say how disappointed I was with their service, especially after I had recommended them. I received an email back which I can honestly say was very unprofessional, immature and rude with comments aimed directly and personally towards myself & my family. I will definitely not be recommending Bath & Tile to anyone else in the future.

Like many companies now, they accept an order but have no stock! I needed a specific grout and tried another company - Bath & Tile. They too took my order with no stock. I contacted them about this and immediately they wanted to help, telling me hoped for delivery times, but, whatever happened they would keep in touch about the order. They did and when it was dispatched. Helpfulness and communication are rare these days. Thank you Stacie at Bath and Tile

Great purchase process quick easy and clear. Good communication let me know the good we’re on the way. Goods arrive on time and well packaged unfortunately a couple of tiles had broken. I sent photos and I was immediately offered a refund for the damaged tiles or replacement. Refund arrive in a couple of hours. Really could not have been better ! I would happily recommend this company

Ordered some tiles from bath and tile as they had the tile sizes I needed to match existing…..I made a mistake ordering some extras and Stacy was amazing. - customer service and beyond. Headed off tiles loaded for delivery and swapped….breakdown and disaster averted.

From design to finish everything was of top quality. We did have to wait for fitting for quite a while due to demand and covid restrictions but it was definitely worth the wait . Fabulous results and a top quality finish . The fitters where brilliant in covid times and very hard working. Absolutely would recommend this experienced and knowledgeable team .
