The title of the product ordered was a youth hoodie. I selected the size XL. They shipped me an adult XL and told me it’s my misunderstanding. There is no one to talk to. I tried to do my due diligence prior to ordering and cancel my order prior based on reviews. I emailed to cancel bc shipment/processing of my order was not immediate (was delayed 3 days) and jeopardized delivery by my son’s birthday. The cancellation was denied. I will never order from here again.

Terrible! Stay far away from this business! I placed an order and it took 13 days for it to be 'validated' then almost a month to receive it. Once I finally received it, it wasn't what I ordered and paid for. Now, they are disputing that and have ignored my requests to make it right. Horrible experience, I should've trusted my instinct.

Batend is really great, very good quality material, outstanding customer service. Decent prices, size fits true to what I got. I got a beautiful well printed Karol G sweatshirt and a beautifully printed Karol G hoodie and they reached out to make sure everything was satisfactory. Outstanding !!! Big thank you to Batend team !! Keep up the awsome work that you guys do 😁

Complete scam. They will take your money and never give you what you ordered. Customer service doesn’t comprehend or help they will keep saying there’s nothing they can do if you don’t get your item and that they don’t give refunds if you don’t receive it.
