I really wish my so had read this prior…

I really wish my so had read this prior to ordering his jacket from here.
First, he thought he was ordering matador leather, whereas its labled matador leather with "PU" hidden in the text. So not leather at all
When we tried to cancel the order immediately they refused, saying that it was forwarded to China automatically. The site was US and we thought we were ordering from the US. Its a shell for a rip-off Chinese company instead
Over a month so far and still not received anything despite them sending a shipping order number that somehow never progresses other that "in transit"
At the same time I received a whole load of fraudulent activity on my card and had to cancel it.... coincidence???
DONT SHOP WITH THEM!

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE

Ordered March 11th (85.00 sneaker) still have not received item. Emails don't get answered anymore and no tracking number with valid information. Everything everyone else is saying in the previous reviews is correct.

The shipping companies have experience extended delays due to the global pandemic and the multiple restrictions that came with it. It looks like we have shipped a second package for you via express shipping and our records show that both packages (the initial and the replacement) have been successfully delivered to your address. There was also a partial refund offered by our customer service for this inconvenience.

I decided i wanted to order some…

I decided i wanted to order some sneakers from this website but when i was about to put my details, i read that it would take 30-60 days to deliver so i changed my mind.After 3 days i get a random text from an "employer" trying to "promote" the sneakers.
I know how cookies work and what websites are allowed to spam you with, but I dont remember providing my details and my phone number!
Pure scam
Avoid at all costs

Worst Online Experience

I ordered two jackets on April 10th. Have received nothing. They say the order is on its way but tracking does not indicate that. I may be out $200. Do not order from these guys.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, a SCAM. spent over $100 never got my jacket. Honestly appalled and am fighting to get my money back because this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Please I urge you not to purchase from…

Please I urge you not to purchase from these guys!!! I ordered 2 sneakers that took nearly 2 months to arrive and when they came the boxes were damaged really bad. The sneakers were too small for me so I had to send them back. I told them I wanted a refund but the insisted that I take the store credit. The STORE CREDIT DOESNT WORK. Their customer service team are horrendous so now I will have to do a dispute with the bank to get my money back! This has been going on for 6 months now so fed up. Save yourself the hassle

NEGATIVE- My son ordered 3 pair of…

NEGATIVE- My son ordered 3 pair of shoes and NO ONE told them this is a Women shoe store. So when the shoes came in his size they didn't fit. I shipped two pair back in unopened packages and requested a refund. The WOULD NOT give me a refund they insisted my son where female shoes, and to date I still have only rec'd one credit but I sent 2 pair of shoes back. So basically they stole my money.
I would NEVER shop here again.

Takes 39 business days to receive your order and the return and refund policy is RIDICULOUS...if you don’t like what you ordered or your items are too small...

Ships from China and you have to pay customs which they do not tell you...so sad because I was really excited when I ordered my items and I feel used.
