Bassike - Overpriced dodgy leather shoes
Just a little warning please save yourself and don't purchase footwear from Bassike, who claim to sell 'Premium Italian Leather' - Its not!. Definitely stay away from the 'Eyelet Detail Ballerina Flat' - yes so super cute, but has a design flaw and leather is so not premium Italian leather, and tears very easily. I reached out to Bassike after my $600+ purchase, having them for only two weeks, worn about 5 times and the leather has torn on the heel area, both shoes and look shabby. Basically Bassike Customer Service made it very clear they would not be replacing them, after reaching out twice. I have never experienced such poor Customer Service, so disappointing! Oh but apparently I can make an arrangement to take the shoes into the store for further assessment but made clear that the decision is not likely to change. Well thank you for your premium service Bassike. Perhaps stay away from footwear sales.
