Very delayed payments
Edit: got paid and received the full amount after 11 days. Not happy about the huge delay, but whether you get paid or not is the biggest factor in a casino, and most other things were fine, so changing the review to 4 stars.

Played on the site a bit a few months ago and had successful withdrawals within a few days. Fully KYC verified (bank statements, selfie etc).
My last deposit I took no promos, played the most basic slots a little bit, used the same payment I always used, ended with less than I started. Should be trivial for them to approve withdrawal, yet it's been 8 days with no status update and customer support offering no info.

I originally asked to have my account deactivated via live chat and confirmed it later by email, and it was successfully closed. Yet, two weeks later, they reactivated it without my authorization, restoring its full functionality. Moreover, they began sending unsolicited promotional emails and SMS messages once again. I followed up with another email requesting the account be closed again, but my communications were entirely ignored. This is utterly unacceptable—these casinos show a complete disregard for legal and ethical standards! I plan to report this issue widely.
