ich habe 3 Balmain Produkte bestellt am 30.09.2025.
Nun habe ich die 2. Nachricht erhalten das es sich wieder verzögert und angeblich am 08.10.2025 geliefert wird. Mal abwarten.....

Geld nimmt man gerne, aber wehe man storniert …
Meine Erfahrungen sind schlecht: Habe 2 Bestellungen im vorwege storniert und da ich mit Amazon pay bezahlt habe, habe ich mein Geld nur über Hilfe von Amazon Pay wiederbekommen, weil ich darüber den Händler anschreiben konnte bzw. einen Garantieantrag gestellt habe.
Der Kundenservice braucht lange für eine Antwort, die dann Standard ist und danach wird auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Meine erste Bestellung habe ich storniert, weil einfach nichts kam, obwohl das Produkt verfügbar war. Es gab auch keine Info, warum die Bestellung nicht verschickt wurde.
