Having the worst experience ever. Orderded but never recieved. No possible way to get into contact and no solution for the problem. Been waiting for over A WHOLE MONTH now, tried emailing and calling. Please don’t order here.

Update: After three emails I've got confirmation of the arrival of the package, worth more than 100€… Communication with them is stiff and frustrating. The fact they put a phone number that doesn't work is not good for business either. Let's see how long it takes from Germany to Spain to arrive. Fingers crossed.
Update 2: I received my package correctly after two weeks. I'd say the communication with the company is not at all good, and their website needs to be updated so the costumers feel safe when reaching out the company.

I placed my order few weeks ago and still haven’t receive my package, there’s no tracking’s updates and no one is answering at my email.
Worst website ever and scammers. If I don’t receive a refund due tomorrow I go to the police.

I ordered a hairdryer on May 25th. As of June 1st no correspondence from the company on my order status.
I emailed them, received a fobbed off response.
I emailed them this morning requesting a refund.
I wish I had researched this company better before purchasing.

My order has not been dispatched, and my emails are ignored. Tomorrow I will go to police about it and I will contact my bank account. Basler Beaty if you read this, give me my money back or we will see each other in court

this company is a scam,
do not get fooled by this trust pilot rating. It is fake. As is the reply on one of the low reviews given here, they don't actually get back to their customers. Phone line is dead and i get no responses to my messages or e mails.

Ordered a week ago, never received a confirmation or shipping email. Emailed them and no response. Luckily I ordered with paypal and was able to get a refund, I recommend everyone does the same as they are not a trustworthy company.

They indeed sometimes have attractive prices.
However watch out for some products. At the time I was making my purchase, there were candles in vases advertised. They looked pretty nice, so I put one to my basket.
What a surprise it was then I open the delivered package! The wax was all over the place, the candle was certainly not prepared for delivery. The glass was dirty from the wax pieces and the wax wasn't even properly sitting in the glass, it was loosely sliding so it completely slided out once you tilt the glass.

They don't answer, they don't send the product, they don't refund the money.
They even answered to my rating saying they can help when they have done nothing to process the order or refund my money.
Definitely, I don't recomment it.

Still after keeping the products themselves, they still keep your money. I should have reviewed all the bad reviews they have online and so many customers who either don't receive the products or partial delivery. I want my money who they are retaining illegally. It's a fraud company!

Just had to wait 2-3 days, but the order arrived safely.

My order arrived in a small, beat-up box without one of the items I had paid for. Basler Beauty told me that the weight of the package corresponded to the items enclosed and that they had verified this with the delivery company.
They refused to refund me or send the item I paid for.
This NEVER happened to me before. Companies always treat the client with respect, not the delivery service!

Everything went smoothly! I was a bit scared because there are reviews in which people say it's a scam, or that they received other things in their package and their emails were unanswered, or that confirmations were not being sent...Well, I ordered on Monday, and I received the official order confirmation on Wednesday - the automatic one is sent immediately after placing the order. The package arrived on Saturday. As for what I ordered, I got a Lancôme perfume with a great discount for Black Friday and I can say it is original. I don't think I could have found it this cheap anywhere else (especially in the NL). Thanks!

Ordered Saturday evening from The Netherlands, I got immediate confirmations, Monday got shipping confirmation from Germany, Tuesday 5pm package in perfect condition at my door.

I have an account on the website and I made a selection of products on October 3, which I also paid for. I did not receive any confirmation by email when the products arrive,nothing.

Scammers, customer service not speaking a word of English + none is replying via e-mail, terrible. Thanks god, I used PayPal and I will have my money back.
