Although I had my doubts at the beginning my experience using this service was amazing! After requesting the upgrade I only had to wait a few hours and got the confirmation email, and the best part is that you don't have to pay before getting your status. I will definitely use them again!

Have had good experience with basis both times. Got my united premier 1k within the same day of applying and was also able to sell my points within 30 minutes. Overall customer service is really quick and easy. Will be using them often!
