I have ordered 2 prints from BasicPCB now and both turned out great.
The price and quick turn around alone are worth using BasicPCB, but the great customer support is icing on the cake.
I have contacted support on 3 occasions and every response was friendly and prompt.
The first was when there was a small glitch with the automated email on my first print saying it had shipped before it actually had. When I contacted support they replied within the hour and got everything straightened out.
The other two times were questions I had about sizes of board they could handle. Both times I got my questions answered in just a few hours which allowed me to continue with my designs without interruption.
I plan on using BasicPCB for as many of my jobs as possible. Cant wait till they can handle 4 layer prints. Then they will have all of my business.

This was my first order from BasicPCB and they did not disappoint. I ordered 5 boards and they actually shipped one day before the projected date. The boards are of excellent quality. The edges are smooth, the through-holes well plated, and surface mount pads as expected. The soldermask is crisp. I will definitely be ordering more boards from them in the future.

The order process was easy.
Type in the size and amount of layers and it tells you the cost.
Upload your cam files and make payment.
I received my boards 2 weeks later.
Great quality everything as expected.

I recently had a 1 inch square board made. I got three of them and it only costed $9 with no shipping! The quality was great and I had them within a week.

Boards looked good and worked fine. Great value and quick delivery. I will use them again.

Reasons to order from BasicPCB again:

1. The pads come tinned.
2. Non-plated holes come non-plated!
3. The silkscreen is nice, crisp and beautiful.
4. The board has clean edges with no panel tabs.
5. Order process was easy and intuitive.

Very good experience with BasicPCB. I ordered 3 boards 2.5x3.3 inch and they were excellant. Using kicad to develop drill and gerbers gave BasicPCB exactly what they needed without question.

If there was anything I could complain about, it's the board status portion of their website. I ordered the boards on 7/21 and the website said that they would be shipped on the 29th. On 7/26 I got an email saying the boards shipped. Then on 7/28 I got another email saying the boards shipped. On 7/29 I got the boards. Not much to complain about, but their website could be improved.

Excellent quality, excellent price, the whole order, 2 different PCBs,. arrived in my mailbox on the expected ship date. I will be using them for future orders.

I ordered 3 boards with the barebones specs, but they arrived very quickly, and are excellent quality. BasicPCB is probably the best value of any PCB manufacturer I've used, and is way better than some of the sketchy Chinese ones.

Well made PCBs that were delivered ahead of schedule. Cheaper then anywhere else for small quantities.

Got a very fast turnaround, just a few days. The boards were perfect, well constructed and worked like a charm. This is the second time I have used BasicPCB, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, inexpensive prototype PCB. There online ordering is super easy.

I ordered 5 boards so I could get the Basicspec for all of them, and they turned out great. I have built up one of them and will soon be building some more. I will definitely go to Basicpcb in the future!
