Ive been with Basic Block factoring company for over two years as an independent carrier with a "non recourse agreement." Ive had 3 different times where basic block accepted and paid the rate cons minus their fee I uploaded but then would claim that the broker either didn't pay the sum of what was on the rate con or didn't pay anything and would charge my account for the monies they already paid me plus their fee. Why would they accept the rate con if its not valid, they claim its a non recourse agreement meaning that once they accept the rate con and pay if the broker doesn't then its not on the carrier. They charged my account every time after verifying that the rate cons are real and accepted them. The main thing is they didn't just charge my account for the money they paid me, they charged the account for the money they gave me and their fee. So it doesn't matter to them whether they get their fee from the carrier or the broker. They could careless about the carrier they sided with the broker every time after I provide proof of the agreements and thought I had a non recourse agreement with the factoring company. Find a company who's going to support your business and have your back, Basic block is not that company.
