Requested support because their face ID verification feature is the worst. They've recently added a face ID verification before you can send or withdraw from their site. However I Tried several times and not passing the liveness check only to know they don't want me to withdraw my balance! This happened twice! I waited and waited, tried and tried again but failed. Contacted live support and no one is responding! Bunch of scammers!!!

Holdem MTT nor blackjack.this site is full of BOT PLAYERS around 90% i'd say. They are so greedy site and devs. Depositing in this site is like jumping in a pit where there is no escaoe but to lose the funda u deposited. I thought Pokeenow was quite annoying but i was wrong. I believe this Basepoker is worst ever than Coinpoker. Same tactics scammer . I warn you all who ever see this scam basepoker site. If you dont believe me then see for losing yourself. Drama saying 150% bonus for the minimum of $10. An di deposited $15 and applied for that bonus but nnever been given to me.Dont attempt to play in this site cuz its a "LOSE LOSE" situation.Mark my words if i am lying.
