It's a scam, forget about Base44, please don't do what I did. I persisted, I'm Elite 3 and I got caught red-handed modifying the code 🤣, but also your AI is buggy, your employees manipulate user data... See more

Had the worst experience with it. The AI is either an idiot or they programmed it to be dumb and do the complete opposite of what you say so it eats up your credits! I just wanted text changed on the header which i stated multiple times, simple enough but it changed other things forcing me to prompt more to rectify the mistake it was making. I constantly face these issues and i explain in depth to prevent these issues but it still plays dumb, company is a scam and i can see why they have a poor rating!!

Horrible service, the youtube ads sell it as this amazing product but it ends up execrable and useless to anyone looking for help at work.
Do not recommend

After regenerating a project that took about 30 days to complete using an official Google platform (Firebase Studio) in less than 30 minutes, I can't say this platform is bad. In fact, even though it costs slightly more than average, the quality justifies the price. Highly recommended!
Base44 is not trustworthy, please stay away! It imitates quanticore.ai and conducts fraudulent activities, causing the quanticore.ai site (the original site, not the imitation) to shut down.
They shot down Quanticor.AI, the one real site that was left in the internet
This app is the worst they are bloodsucker they go around stealing peoples ideas and claiming them for their own they don't really care about anyone they are evil and they will take your app from you after time and claim it as their own

I chose Base44 to develop web applications and websites, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. In just two months, I managed to build around ten highly complex projects, and the platform has proven to be stable, intuitive, and truly powerful.
Another major strength is their customer support: every time I needed assistance, I received quick, clear, and effective responses. The team is skilled, helpful, and genuinely attentive to users’ needs.
In short, Base44 has been an outstanding tool for building apps and websites efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended!

All users - Be very care full of BASE 44 - Their back end support is USELESS - All they are really good at - Is collecting money from you - Once you are a user - There is ZERO support

the real issue is consistency... that is to say there is none whatsoever! It could program gorgeous graphics then correctly program backend functions with correct logic that make your app work... then 1 hour later break everything it just programmed and be convinced you told it to do so. This for hobby and learning absolutely no way this is for serious production.
I have already provided an initial review and I must say that, in its own way, 'Base44' has acknowledged its mistakes. That in itself is a sign. Despite this—and especially considering the level of service we offer—there still seems to be a domino effect every time we try to modify something. This wastes hours of our time and, above all, requires a steep learning curve just to teach Base44's AI that popups should be centered, not cut off on one side. Not to mention the application management, menus, and so on.
The monthly cost appears 'seductive,' but the real cost in terms of man-hours is lethal and, for us, unsustainable. It is an excellent support tool for simple apps, but as soon as you move toward high-end professional development, it is clear that it’s not ready yet. Conclusion: it is not for professional use—at least not for now.

The app itself is very promising. To the point, that I purchased the "Builder" plan, as I started with free, but quickly realised that I can't do certain things without upgrading. What I didn't realise however, is how quickly your credits evaporate, especially when the AI Assistant "forgets" to turn off automatic sending of the test message every 5 minutes (initially used to test the functionality). In short, It used up the whole credits allocation in 2 days of starting using the app. What's more, the only way to increase the credits, is to upgrade to the higher plan, as you can't purchase credits by themselves. If the plan was charged monthly, that could be "swallowable", but it is charged yearly, which cost quite a lot at once. I can't afford it. As I can't wait for the whole month to finish designing my website, as my business depends on it. So, I lost $380 and back to the starting point. Trying to find another app to help me do it more reliably. Very disappointed. Warning: be aware of your credits evaporating very quickly. It's expensive before you know it.
One of the best AI tools I have been using so far with excellent and fast customer service.
Never it was this accessible but mostly fast to design such an advanced website.
Had several bugs and issues that were resolved with the help of the customer services team within a very reasonable time period.
I opened a account with base 44 and everything was going fine until I had to link a payment option to my app I was trying to build. Well they prefer/use a website called Stripe and it was downhill from there. And the customer service for base44 must be non existent because I waited 3 days and never got an answer for anything. I don’t recommend them
Ive been a strong poponent of base44 since i started using it about 6 months ago. Ive created some pretty amazing things with it. More recently the SuperAgents came along and wow, impressed. But, the superagent, and most times the app builder itself dont know the inherrent deficiencies of base44, and make recomendations about what to do, taking you around in circles for 3 days, trying to get a simple thing working, and in the end it turns out to be a fundamental deficiency in Base44 structure/architecture and there is no solution. 800 credits later and get told its not possible. I asked for a refund of my wasted credits as Base44 Tools should know their own weaknesses before burning through credits. I asked for my credits to be refunded, and got told, its not in our policy. Well let me tell you, you either want a good customer promoting you, or you want an enemy pushing clients away. Do the right thing.
WORST AI WEBSITE BUILDER CAUSE HEAR ME OUT. I ONLY ASKED THE AI SOME QUESTIONS AND IT SAID "your out of coding credits" I ONLY ASKED 2 QUESTIONS AND DONT EMAIL BE BASE44 I DONT CARE AND I HOPE YALL GO BANKRUPT
