Excellent service. Easy to communicate with and always kept me informed of my sale progress with feedback from viewings. All staff, Daryl, Ivan, Ollie and Aleksandra were always well informed of the events and kept the solicitors heading in the right direction. Great team.

From initial valuation through sale everything handled in a friendly and professional manner. The valuation was accurate and not inflated to draw in custom. Terms and conditions seemed fair, with no excessive tie-in. Fees very reasonable compared with other agents we approached. The whole process went very smoothly. The sale was agreed within a few days of marketing. Very satisfied with the service throughout and would definitely use them again and recommend to others, should the need arise.

Recently purchased a property being sold by Barton and Co and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Aleksandra went above and beyond chasing dates and information for us and being first time buyers we appreciated all her help. Daryl also was very responsive to our numerous questions.

Barton and Co. have been ever so helpful and kind, from beginning to end they have helped us every step of the way. A very friendly company who went above and beyond with assisting us in our sale. On the day of a nightmare move (due to solicitor issues), Aleksandra even came out to us just to support us emotionally.
