DISGUSTED
The “sweatshirt” I ordered was in fact, not a sweatshirt at all but a thin nylon material. The name I had put on it was supposed to in glittery, sparkly writing and was a flat color. I am totally disgusted with what I received after waiting so long. I read through the return policy and feel it’s not even worth jumping through all the hoops to try and get a refund. Lesson learned!!!

The shopping experience and customizing instructions were easy to follow.

This is my fourth purchase from barods. I love the quality of the sweatshirts and the lettering is amazing. I will definitely keep ordering from them as my family grows!!!!

Terrible. Ordered custom straws for a surprise party a month in advance. Received weeks after party so useless. Also have to take them together. Never again and they wouldn’t refund

Very Nice and timely merchandise, but delivery of 22 days is too long. If I could have found on Amazon and received in 3 or 4 days, I would have done that instead.

These are just beautifully made. This is the 4th one i have ordered for Christmas gifts. The service is great, didn't take long to get here. 100% recommend 👌

Did not show me my order when it was completed show me the example of the product but not my order or the picture I chose to go on the ring I just hope when it comes it is the right on it the picture I chose

If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm not sure why I didn't look at the reviews prior to ordering, but I'll never order again!! I ordered what was supposed to be a sweatshirt only to receive some cheaper mattering l material. Not only that, but the shirt was dirty and had stains all over it. Customer Service told me it was a simple blemish that could be washed out. I also ordered a phone case that appear to be a 3D case and it was a basic silicone cover. I have been going back and forth for nearly 2 weeks regarding a refund. Would NOT recommend!!!
