Great customer service

Online ordering was easy, but then anxiety set in when Royal Mail told me that my package had been delivered, and it was nowhere to be seen.

I emailed Baristashop on Saturday at lunchtime and got a very helpful reply within 30 minutes. It turned out that my house number had been incorrectly entered on the package by Baristashop. They offered an immediate redelivery, but thankfully I was able to retrieve my item from the neighbour to whom it had gone in error.

So full marks to Baristashop for customer service.

Slow Start but Strong Finish

I had problems with a Motta Spoon and a Rhino Knock Box. Neither were as described. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone by phone and emails initially went unanswered. After a time delay, I got an email back from Guy. He then did his best to resolve issues and I ended up with a refund. The Motta spoon was smaller than described and the Rhino Knock Box had a loose rubber protector which kept coming off (design fault). So, all ended OK after quite a bit of hassle but Guy did try hard to resolve the problem. It wasn't 5 star but OK.

No reply to emails re faulty item

I received my order fairly quickly but one item (Dynametric Tamper) appeared faulty. My initial email was responded to with a promise to check at their end and then call back the next working day. Ten days (and three unanswered emails) later I still haven’t heard anything.
