I perchased an ironing board cover from…

I perchased an ironing board cover from a store, having found that the adjustment string had snapped I took it back to my local store, they wouldn't replace it because they didn't stock it and wouldn't refund it either and rudely told me I had to take it back to the store I purchase it from, this isn't what it says on their Web site, so I phoned customer service and they said AI generated it and it doesn't say that.
On top of this I find that none of the point of sale is correct in any of their stores.

ASSAULT

My child was attacked by a customer in her pram at 16 months old recently, the store in New Cross m have denied anything happened and cannot see in the CCTV and so the staff have lied attempted to close my complaint without proper investigation, did not complete vulnerability care calls or even bother to show any sort of remorse.

Their security are not there to help, their only there to deter, they also do not wear licenses SIA badges and are trained in house according to their complaints department!

This is a uncaring company

This is a uncaring company, I went to my local b& m in norfolk. Bought a 210ltr water butt. 2 days in it was leaking from underneath. I took it back couldn't find my receipt, the bloke I saw was useless. He told me to ring head office,went to the car to do this, they said they could only give me a copy of the receipt if it was a card payment. I asked this twit can you not look on the system I had a day and time I purchased it, apparently it would take 3/4 hrs Really? Furious that not only was he not bothered, head office couldn't do it neither.
I went back in the shop. Spoke to a different person, she went and looked up the info I had given the previous idiot, 10 mins she came back with a print out of my purchase, got my money back, no apology, but I did get there. Went to b & q to get another!!

Rusty blade in bedding

Bought some bedding from a store in Bradford and found a 3 inch rusty blade in side the bedding. Guessing the blade was from were ever the bedding was made was disgusted as my daughter actually found it while helping me. B and m then offered me a refund on the bedding and that was it

B and M Store 661 Lichfield

I went into my local b and m in Lichfield store 661 just before Christmas day .store was heaving but a member of staff who was busy went out of his way to find something out for me .He was very helpful and cheery.All staff I speak to in this store are helpful .The member of staff's name was Lucky Not sure of exact date

Boxing day and drove past one of your…

Boxing day and drove past one of your stores to see it open. What a selfish shame to see you couldn't even give your hard working staff who have been on the Covid front line for two years the extra day off. Especially as it is Sunday and shorter trading hours. As a customer who does care how responsible a company is I will not shop in any of your stores again if this is how you behave and treat your staff with no respect. More so, especially as your senior management who have never been customer facing I'm sure will be relaxing with their families. Shameful behaviour for a company given the present circumstances
