Ordered a fedora hat: pictured as black. The hat arrived brown. I wanted a black hat so contacted customer services and asked for a refund, response received was “ Upon checking, the description does not say that item is black. Photo is only for illustration” and I’d have to pay return postage. First and last order I’ll be placing with BargainFox.
