Still awaiting delivery.
I ordered the football shirt on the 10th september.
I am still awaiting delivery despite a member of their e mailing me the tracking number from Royal Mail, they say they are still awaiting item from supplier on the 25th September.

This isn’t a fake account. This is the truth. I ordered my shirt on the 2/8/23. I contacted them on the 8/8/23. My reply was

Thanks for the order, we have already processed and shipped the order i will forward you the tracking details so you can keep an eye out for it.

Ok that’s fine wait for the tracking and change the place where I want it to go to. On the 22/8/23 I chased to see where it was I was told it was delivered on the 16/8/23. The proof was a smudge picture from the Royal Mail. Ok can you give me my because you agreed to send me the tracking but you never. Then I got a shockingly rude reply from a person that cannot be named. After I stated that I don’t live there and kindly asked numerous times to change and this was his reply.

Your shirt order was on the Wednesday 2nd August.
As stated on the website we process all orders within 48 hours (yours included)

You emailed us on the 8th August (6 days after receiving confirmation of the processing of the order)
At this stage the order has been fulfilled and was on its way through the shipping system.
Having the tracking does not allow you to stop!! the order being delivered as its in the postal system.
We have fulfilled our obligation to deliver a parcel to the customers address given at time of ordering.

We have no way of contacting the addressee.

The way to resolve it would be to go-to/contact the address and collect/get it delivered to your new address.

I didn’t want it stopped. I asked for a change of address which is a reasonable thing to ask for. You get the tracking and change. They then ignore you until you ask for a refund again. I get this reply from the rude person which I am not allowed to name again

As already explained to you, you changed the address 6 days after the order was placed!!
We process all orders within 48 hours if we waited 6 days to double check customers addresses we would be out of business!
We fulfilled the order and have supplied proof of delivery it is the customers responsibility to give us correct details at the time of order!

It is also illegal for any person to open post not intended for them so why don't you just get someone to go to the address and collect the item?

When you goto a lawyer! and trading standards by all means get them to call us ( paraphrasing as not allowed to say)

This is the kind of customer service your up against. Every company you deal with give you tracking and you can change it. But with this company you place the order if you need to change anything then too bad we have your money. We have done our bit now leave us alone. They don’t care. The attitude shows that. This is a real experience. If I could add photos I would. You can’t call anybody as they have no number, there is nobody higher up the chain to speak to and they ignore you. Plus the bank don’t help. Avoid at all costs.

As I have been told to change some things, this doesn’t change the essence of what I have said. It’s the 2/9/23 and I still haven’t had a refund, or offer to send me a new one.

Good response from Dwayne even when it proved the fault was at my end. They provided a great service promptly even though it didn't end well for me. Fault was at my end though

I think it important to report really good service and that is what I received from Dwayne and the team. Great service and quality product. Arrived in Dublin and I am delighted with my '77 United away jersey. Best, Declan

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent two ladies tops instead of mens with one of the names on the back spelt wrong, the quality of the tops is shocking poor fakes coming in from abroad. Certain members of staff are chancers only reply to emails when they want.
There is better sites out there with better quality.of tops. Shop around and avoid this site....

I thought I'd write here to say that I had a good experience. I ordered a 2006 Arsenal kit with a customized name. They did admit it could take up to 21 days to arrive, and I was skeptical that it was arriving from China. When I emailed to ask about shipping, I received a response within 2 days showing me the shipping details. The shirt arrived and the quality really isn't bad at all.

Just wanted to Thank you for the delivery of the Man City Vintage Football shirt. I had read negative reviews about items from your company not arriving and was dubious about ordering. I'm delighted by the delivery of the item before Christmas as it is a present for my son and also the quality of the product is decent for the cost of the product.

Update for anyone who has been scammed by these cowboys!!
If you purchased a fake item from Bargain Football Shirts, within the last 120 days, please report your transaction through your bank and they will refund you via the "chargeback" option.
We have been refunded luckily.
Hope this helps.

I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WHICH FOR BARGAINFOOTBALLSHIRTS.COM TO PUBLISH MY NAME AND ADDRESS AS "THEIR RESPONSE", THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, BREACHES DATA PROTECTION AND JUST PROVES ME CORRECT.

THATS IT, ALL THEY DID WAS PUBLISH MY DETAILS AS SOME FORM OF REVENGE AMD YET AGAIN THEY HAVE FAILED TO ADDRESS ANY OF MY QUERIES....

JUST TO CLARIFY, TRUST PILOT HAVE VERIFIED MY COMPLAINT AS I BACKED EVERYTHING UP WITH PROOF AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER, WELL DONE FOOTBALLSHIRTSONLINE, KEEP UP THE POOR SERVICE.

I placed my order for 2 personalised football shirts (14/04/22) for my sons birthday, 6 weeks before his birthday in May for £78.98 but NEVER RECEIVED THEM.
I chased Bargain Football Shirts in June and July before I received a response from "Steve" at bargainfootballshirts.com where he stated "I am on the case for you"....
I chased bargainfootballshirts.com again twice in August and still NO RESPONSE, NO GOODS, NO REFUND.....

The customer service received has been atrocious, completely unacceptable and quite frankly no customer service has been received at all, all bargainfootballshirts.com has done is to take my money, left my son upset and lied to me.

In todays current climate, every penny counts so PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, USE ANOTHER RETAILER, NOT BARGAINFOOTBALLSHIRTS.COM

THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR BUT I HAD NO CHOICE.

first class no problems ordered about 4 shirts in total in the past always came top quality shirts

I only give 1 star because there is no lower than this. Really bad experience with this site. I have ordered a shirt, they sent to my address the wrong one; later being told that the shirt I received was for someone else. I got harrassed to resend the item back to them urgently. I did return the item all recorded delivery and everything. I paid for the return delivery even though it was not my fault at all. Only up until now, i have not received my ordered item, despite me emailing them asking where is my item? It has been 3 months- the worst! I did not receive my ordered item which I paid for and I forked out my own money to pay for the return delivery! Dont waste your money and trust this website. You’ll get conned!

Avoid! Save yourself the time and money.
I ordered a replica 1982 Liverpool shirt for my Husband's 40th in an XL.
A L arrived which was too small and not what I ordered. The shirt was poor quality anyway. I requested a refund and was told to return the shirt at my own expense which I did. Customer service slow and poor. No refund arrived and even more out of pocket due to postage. Anyway, customer non service ignored my emails so I requested a refund through Credit card who charged back the purchase. Absolute cowboy scammers!

I have just bought a Newcastle United Away shirt from 21/22 season from this company. When it arrived it was clearly a poor quality counterfeit. I thought I was buying the genuine article as shown on their website. The price was roughly what I’d expect to pay for a non current football shirt. I have sent an email requesting a refund but they have not replied. I will now attempt to get my money back via Barclaycard fraud protection. Be aware this company are selling you counterfeit shirts.
