Unfortunately I was unable to call the notify my arrival due to having an international phone. WhatsApp contact would have been handy. Someone else called for me and got through to recorded message. I waited for over 45 minutes at the Brown stop Melbourne airport and when the shuttle arrived there was a bit of a verbal disagreement among people & how long they had each been waiting for (not enough room for everyone). The driver was patient and calm and apologetic. I did express check out but had to spend another 20 minutes at the office entering all details again. Ultimately I was 20 minutes late for my scheduled appointment.

Competitive price and good customer service

I always rent from Bargain as staff are so great
My last trip waited over 35 minutes at airport for bus
Then they have this new do it yourself screen when u arrive
The reason I use bargain is staff atevskways so happy to help but using the screens wasn't fun at all
And then when I returned car was told 30 minute wait for bus so I caught an Uber
Not sure hopefully just a one off bad trip
But normally the staff ate great

Bargain just made everything so easy, from pick up to dropoff. Well done all involved. See you all again.

Reliable shuttle service. I was given a preferred model vehicle. Staff helpful and kindly helped with luggage which is appreciated.

I received great customer service from the staff during pick up and drop off. I had an incident with the car on day one after picking the car but received stress free support from the team. I strongly recommend.

The staff were doing their best with a lot of IT issues but it did affect my experience. I was unable to speak with a person on the phone, or contact the location directly. Their tracking wasn't working for the shuttle so I had no idea if they were coming or not. The new self check in system wasn't working well either.
Aside from technical issues, the staff member pointed to the car without taking us over to it and doing in checks. No information about the car was provided which proved difficult when I discoved during torrential rain that all the windscreen wipers, indicators and lights were back to front.

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We had a new honda suv which was beautiful to drive. I would not hesitate using bargain car rentals in the future.

Ridiculous waiting time for a shuttle at the airport. I thought they had forgotten us there and at the 40 minute mark when we were about to get in an uber the driver arrived. The same people do everything, the poor employees run for the airport, deliver cars, pick up people from the airport, then they run to the counter to do the paperwork, receive the cars back. No wonder there was no-one to pick people from the airport. We hired the car through booking.com including insurance but when we got to collect the car they scared us into buying additional insurance because we were allegedly not covered for accidents involving roos which we finally bought at additional $90 as we were driving 2 hours regional.
